JUSTIFY

Yuck AC, you don't know how to justify?

I'm so sorry. *Laughs.* I didn't know that there's a justify button here in blogspot. My previous posts are not justified. Pardon people. Hihihi.

(I just thought that only school papers are needed to be justified.)

I love the change..

College is now starting its flame. I am two years in College, but it is only now that I can feel its blazing fire.

I love creating blogs, and other stuffs related since my first year college in University of Santo Tomas. I stopped for a while visiting blog websites because I didn't have the luxury of time to do so. I was busy reading newspapers, getting bored in our Hist2 and Eng1 classes, and socializing with people, and I didn't have a laptop with a connection to the internet.

I recently visited my old blog websites, and it came to my surprise that I found my english a "jeje-english." What I was trying to say was that my english was not in my level now. My concepts were shallow, and everything was explicit. Everything seemed on my lower lever. I grew that fast.

In contrast, I am loving my previous and current self because those are what compromise me. I mean, I have improved a lot. I become more confident than before. Now I am in the University of the Philippines Los BaƱos, I see my current self distant with my previous self. Eventhough they are distant to each other, they are related, and I must not forget the previous me.

A segway, but has a relation to this post:

On this day of your life, Angelica Cassandra, we believe God wants you to know ... that change is the very nature of life, - welcome it.
No glass ever became sand again; No bread ever became wheat; No ripened fruit ever became a flower. Welcome change, and choose what kind of glass you create, what kind of bread you bake, what kind of fruit you harvest.

This came from facebook. What a coincidence. I'm loving the change, but I'm not hating the previous me.

English 1 on paragraphs

I just want to see how my English is improving. Eventually, I started loving English. It became a course out of the burdens. I hope that one day, English will just be a piece of cake for me.

Below is the sample of the essay that I made on my exercise about paragraphs. I was asked to say something about the work art that has a great impact on me.

Art is subjective. The interpretation of a work of art varies on who criticizes it. A work of art may be  offensive or inspiring, but the true meaning of an art will always be on the beholder.

Lady Gaga is one of the artists that I admire, and her work of art that profoundly affects me is Judas. Many people find it offensive, but I find it beautiful. A beautiful work of art for me is full of emotions and conveying reality. My interpretation of the song is that people always or often say the name of god, but they do things against his will. It is true that they love god, but they also love committing sin.

Even though many people are against Lady Gaga, I still admire her. I admire how she express her freedom through the work of art.

I hope that our instructor will like, at least if not love, the essay that I made. I believe that my essay is a college-level essay.
